Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Retail, Sales, or Banking experience.
• Minimum 1 year of people management or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop the Branch Ambassador team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead with an owner’s mindset to manage 1–3 market branches and drive operational excellence.
• Maintain a pristine, brand-aligned branch environment and engage with community partners.
• Guide and empower staff to navigate complex customer situations and escalations.
• Leverage digital tools and emerging tech to simplify processes and enhance the guest experience.
