You will mentor, guide development, and partner with internal teams to elevate the local market.

You’ll lead through coaching, brand stewardship, and continuous improvement, managing 1–3 branches and empowering teams to own guest interactions, use digital tools, and drive local impact at Capital

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
• At least 2 years of Retail, Sales, or Banking Experience
• At least 1 year of People Management experience or 1 year of Supervisory experience

Aufgaben

• Cultivate 'Every Customer, Every Time' by coaching the team to focus on guest experience and handle complex escalations.
• Lead through Behavioral Coaching with real-time feedback to empower Ambassadors and ensure smooth operations across locations.
• Bring the Capital One Brand to Life by maintaining a pristine environment and advocating values across spaces and touchpoints.
• Lead with an Owner’s Mindset, managing 1–3 branches with a franchise-like ownership attitude and continuous improvement.
• Empower de-escalation and problem-solving, building teams capable of independent handling of unexpected scenarios.
