Capital One is seeking a Market Manager to lead Branch Ambassador teams, champion an inclusive culture, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in our New York market.

You will coach ambassadors, coach leaders, and uphold Capital One's brand standards while driving operational excellence and community involvement across multiple branches. This role emphasizes people development over traditional sales quotas and community impact through volunteering.

Competenze

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 2 years of Retail, Sales, or Banking Experience.
• At least 1 year of People Management or Supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 4+ years of Customer, Retail, or Financial Services experience preferred.
• 2+ years of People Management experience preferred.
