Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent.
• At least 2 years of retail, sales, or banking experience.
• At least 1 year of people management or supervisory experience.

• Coach Branch Ambassador team to create amazing interactions and inclusive culture.
• Lead through behavioral coaching with real-time observation and feedback.
• Handle complex customer escalations and engage partners for a seamless experience.
