Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of Retail, Sales, or Banking experience.
• At least 1 year of People Management or Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach Branch Ambassadors to deliver exceptional guest experiences and coach through real-time feedback.
• Lead the Market with ownership, managing 1–3 branches and ensuring operational excellence.
• Foster an inclusive culture and empower team members to own their development.
• Collaborate with partners to elevate the Capital One guest experience across locations.
• Lead digital adoption and guide teams in using mobile and online banking tools.
