Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Market Manager for the Bronx & Westchester markets. You will lead a team of Branch Ambassadors, coach through real-time feedback, and focus on creating exceptional customer experiences without traditional sales quotas.

You’ll own the market operations across 1–3 branches, drive continuous improvement, and partner with internal teams to deliver a high-standard, community-focused banking experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Retail, Sales, or Banking
• 1+ year of People Management or Supervisory experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

• Coach Branch Ambassadors to elevate the guest experience and remove traditional sales quotas
• Lead through behavioral coaching with real-time feedback and ownership
• Ensure the Capital One brand and spaces reflect Capital One values
• Manage 1–3 branches with an owner’s mindset and drive operations excellence
• Empower teams to de-escalate and solve problems confidently
• Promote digital tools and AI-enabled processes to simplify customer interactions
• Drive community impact through local partnerships and volunteering
