Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Retail, Sales, or Banking Experience.
• At least 1 year of People Management or Supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate exceptional guest experience by coaching the Branch Ambassador team.
• Lead through behavioral coaching to empower and inspire staff.
• Ensure brand standards and clean spaces reflect Capital One values.
• Oversee 1–3 branches with ownership mindset and continuous improvement.
• Coach Ambassadors to be independent problem solvers and escalate when needed.
• Guide customers in navigating digital banking experiences and innovations.
