Sazerac Company is seeking a market-savvy account management professional to partner with customers across our on-premise and off-premise channels and drive growth for our diverse spirits brands. You will manage relationships, lead distributors, and execute programs to expand market share in a dynamic territory.

Responsibilities include crafting growth strategies, educating customers on trends, and coordinating with wholesalers and internal teams to meet volume goals and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer or distributor management.
• On-Premise and Off-Premise sales experience.
• Market development and sales analysis experience.

• Crafting Solutions for Growth: Implement and manage solutions to boost business for assigned accounts, ensuring Sazerac brands soar in market share.
• Brand Building: Use trends to educate customers, solve challenges, and increase sales.
• Distribution: Lead distributors with in-store selling, marketing, and account execution.
• Volume Objectives: Help achieve volume objectives for core brands in the portfolio.
• Strategic Programs: Implement programs for distribution, merchandising, display, and retail promotion.
• Rapport Building: Develop mutually valuable rapport with customers by understanding needs.
• Communication & Collaboration: Serve as the communication lead between customers, wholesalers, and internal teams.
• KPI Monitoring: Track KPIs to ensure goals are met.
