Job summary

Sazerac is seeking a Market Development Representative to partner with off-premise accounts and drive volume for our diverse spirits brands. The role emphasizes growth strategies, distribution, and retailer engagement in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

You will leverage sales analytics and customer insights to boost market share, lead in-store execution, and collaborate with wholesalers and internal teams to hit KPI targets. Strong communication and travel flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional field sales experience in alcohol-beverage or CPG industries.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven volume achievements and ability to deliver on distribution and retail promotional goals.
• Demonstrated use of sales data analytics to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Craft solutions for growth to boost market share for assigned accounts.
• Build brands by educating customers using consumer and category trends.
• Lead distributors with in-store selling, marketing and account execution.
• Help achieve volume objectives for core brands in the portfolio.
• Implement programs delivering distribution, merchandising, display and promotions.
• Develop rapport with customers by understanding needs and requirements.
• Act as communications lead between customers, wholesalers and internal teams.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure goals are met.
