Sazerac is seeking a Market Development Representative to partner with on-premise and off-premise accounts, driving volume and distribution for our diverse spirits portfolio. You will work with retailers and distributors to grow market share through in-store execution, promotions, and strategic programs.

You’ll leverage sales analytics to identify trends, develop growth plans, and build lasting relationships with customers while traveling within your territory and supporting non-traditional

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: At least 1 year in field sales in alcohol-beverage or CPG.
• Results-driven with proven volume and distribution achievements.
• Tech-savvy with use of sales data analytics to drive results.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Craft and manage growth initiatives for assigned accounts.
• Lead brand-building activities and educate customers on trends.
• Direct distributors with in-store selling and account execution.
• Help achieve volume objectives for core brands.
• Implement programs delivering distribution, merchandising, and promos.
• Build rapport with customers and coordinate with wholesalers.
