Sazerac Company is seeking a Market Development Representative to drive volume and distribution for our brands across a designated territory, connecting with on- and off-premise accounts to expand presence and sell-through.

This role requires travel, strong relationship-building, and the ability to work non-traditional hours. You will collaborate with internal teams to plan programs and achieve distribution objectives across key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of relevant sales experience or a sales internship for new grads.
• Must reside in or near the territory and have a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends).

Responsabilités

• Create and manage solutions to grow assigned accounts, delivering market share growth for Sazerac brands.
• Build brands by using consumer and category trends to educate customers and maximize sales.
• Lead distributors in-store selling, merchandising, marketing and execution for accounts.
• Achieve volume objectives for priority brands in the portfolio.
• Plan and implement programs to deliver distribution, merchandising, display, and retail promotions.
• Develop mutually valuable relationships with customers by understanding their key needs.
