Qualifikationen

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in field sales in alcohol-beverage or CPG industries; internships or sales roles for new grads.
• Results: Proven volume achievements and ability to hit distribution and promo goals.
• Technical: Proficiency with sales analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Mobility: Valid driver's license and territory travel.
• Schedule: Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings/weekends.
• Location: Live in or near the territory.
• Expenses: Ability to cover ordinary business expenses for reimbursement.

• Craft Solutions for Growth: Implement and manage innovative solutions to boost business for assigned accounts, ensuring Sazerac brands soar in market share.
• Brand Building: Use consumer and category trends to educate customers and grow sales.
• Distribution: Lead distributors with in-store selling, marketing, and account execution.
• Volume Objectives: Help achieve volume objectives for core brands in the portfolio.
• Strategic Programs: Implement programs delivering distribution, merchandising, and retail goals.
• Rapport Building: Develop mutually valuable rapport with customers by understanding their needs.
• Communication & Collaboration: Serve as the main communication link between customers, wholesalers, and internal teams.
• KPI Monitoring: Track KPIs to ensure targets are met.
