Sazerac Company is seeking a Market Development Representative to drive growth for our spirits brands in assigned accounts. You will work with on-premise and off-premise channels to grow distribution, educate customers, and build lasting relationships across retailers and wholesalers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer or distributor management.
• On-premise and off-premise sales experience.
• Market development and sales analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Craft Solutions for Growth: implement and manage strategies to boost business for assigned accounts, expanding Sazerac brands.
• Brand Building: use market trends to educate customers and grow brand share.
• Distribution: lead distributors with in-store selling, marketing, and account execution.
• Volume Objectives: help achieve targets for core brands within the portfolio.
• Strategic Programs: execute programs to meet distribution, merchandising, and promotional goals.
• Rapport Building: develop strong relationships with customers based on needs.
• Communication & Collaboration: serve as the liaison between customers, wholesalers, and internal teams.
• KPI Monitoring: track KPIs to ensure targets are met.
