Qualifications

• 3–5 years of staffing agency experience.
• Proven track record of B2B selling and growing accounts while leading others.
• Ability to leverage analytics and relationships to drive results.
• History of leading and growing a successful team.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfort with high-impact opportunity and hands-on coaching.
