Job summary

Randstad North America is seeking a Direct Hire Solutions Manager to lead full-desk sales and recruiting efforts, expanding business with current clients and sourcing top talent to meet client staffing needs.

You will build strategic relationships with hiring managers, drive revenue through proactive outreach, and negotiate fees to maximize profitability while delivering high-quality workforce solutions. Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in selling direct hire and permanent placement solutions.
• Preferably background knowledge in Finance & Accounting, Office & Administration, Healthcare, HR, and/or Business Operations.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to connect with others through phone, video, social media, and in-person meetings.
• Track record of delivering results in a metrics-driven or tech-savvy environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell direct hire workforce solutions within BAO by identifying and engaging prospects in need of workforce services.
• Build and foster strategic relationships with hiring managers and key decision makers via phone, text, email, social media and in-person meetings.
• Drive revenue and gross margin by executing high-impact sales activities, including cold calling, virtual meetings, and on-site client visits.
• Generate gross profit through personal production, including selling segment orders within the market and meeting revenue and margin targets.
• Negotiate direct hire/permanent fees to maximize profitability while delivering high-quality workforce solutions.
• Source, recruit, interview, and select candidates.
• Offer innovative and strategic workforce solutions, diagnose workforce gaps, and exceed client and candidate expectations.
