RMS Marine Service US LLC in Houston, TX is seeking an Operations Coordinator to help keep our marine operations running smoothly. You will act as the hub connecting internal teams, clients, and vendors in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily activities, tracking vessel schedules, supporting procurement and inventory, scheduling crew, and ensuring compliance with maritime safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations coordination or logistics.
• Experience in marine, offshore, or maritime industry preferred.
• Strong detail orientation and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and operations software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities across marine operations.
• Serve as central point of contact between internal departments, clients, and vendors.
• Monitor shipments, vessel schedules, and logistics to ensure on-time performance.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, documentation, and records with accuracy.
• Support procurement and inventory management for marine supplies and equipment.
• Assist in scheduling crew, contractors, and resources to meet project and operational demands.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with maritime regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
