Job summary

OneWater Marine in Pompano Beach is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service within our marina service center. You will coordinate service scheduling, process repair orders, and build strong relationships with customers and manufacturers to ensure timely, accurate estimates and efficient workflow.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in a service advisory role, preferably in marine or related industries, with knowledge of boats, engines, and parts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2–3 years of customer service or service advisor experience, preferably in marine or related industries.
• Experience in a service department, marine experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of marine equipment, boats, engines, and parts is preferred.
• Familiarity with basic marine maintenance and repair terminology.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service work and processes orders efficiently.
• Maintains repair records for supervision.
• Manages technicians' workflow and schedules.
• Provides timely estimates for customer approval.
• Collaborates to improve internal processes.
• Builds and maintains customer relationships.
• Supports parts flow and stocking decisions.
• Resolves customer complaints promptly.
• Obtains warranty approvals timely.
• Communicates status to customers.
• Performs quality checks on boats after repairs.
