Job summary

OneWater Marine is seeking a Service Advisor to provide excellent customer service at our Grasonville store. You will schedule service work, write detailed estimates, and maintain repair records while coordinating with technicians for timely completions.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in a service-advisor role within automotive or marine contexts, with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Marine knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2–3 years of customer service or service-advisor experience preferred in automotive/marine environments.
• Experience in a service department, especially marine service, is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of marine equipment, boats, engines, and parts is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service work and processes retail, warranty, and internal repair orders efficiently.
• Maintains repair records for supervision and control.
• Manages technicians’ workflow and schedules repair orders.
• Writes up customer concerns and uses Complaint, Cause & Correction method with timely estimates.
• Communicates proactively with customers on repair status and approvals.
• Performs quality control checks on finished boats for repairs and cleanliness.
• Supports service manager to improve internal processes and efficiency.
