Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of experience in customer service or service advisor role.
• Experience in automotive, marine, or related industries preferred.
• Knowledge of marine equipment, boats, engines, and parts preferred.
• Familiarity with basic marine maintenance and repair terminology.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service work and processes repair orders efficiently.
• Maintains repair records for supervision.
• Manages technician workflow and schedules.
• Writes up customer concerns and provides timely estimates.
• Collaborates with the service manager to improve processes.
• Maintains positive customer and manufacturer relationships to build loyalty.
• Monitors parts flow and stock needs.
• Resolves customer complaints promptly.
