Job summary

Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA is seeking a Technical Advisor at our facility in Kennesaw, GA to provide timely technical support to Yamaha dealers and retail customers.

Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, documenting contacts in YCRMS, evaluating requests, offering guidance to staff, and delivering training sessions in classroom and lab environments. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (preferably Marine Technology or Powersports) or equivalent certifications.
• Minimum 3 years as a marine/powersports dealer consultant or field service representative.
• Wholesale or distributor experience preferred; retail experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from dealers and retail customers.
• Document contacts in Yamaha CRM system (YCRMS).
• Assess requests and determine appropriate assistance.
• Provide warranty authorizations and claim support to dealers.
• Develop and deliver training in classroom and lab settings.
