Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2–3 years of phone sales experience required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Organized with strong attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
• Relocation required now and in the future to support Yamaha needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage 100–200 dealers in assigned territory via phone and email to support Parts & Accessory needs daily.
• Meet inbound/outbound call metrics and document communications with dealers.
• Coordinate with regions and assist in updating order tools.
• Support Service Division and Customer Relations in expediting priority orders.
• Develop knowledge of Yamaha products to answer dealer questions and support initiatives.
• Attend off-site functions and be willing to work weekends to support retail.
