Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, is seeking a Business Development Engineer to bridge RF capabilities with Marine Corps requirements. You will support field tests, demonstrations, and technical proposals while coordinating with engineering and business development teams.

This role requires up to 50% travel, active SECRET clearance, and US citizenship. Remote work may be possible depending on location, with travel to labs, customer sites, and field exercises.

Formación

• 2-5 years in systems engineering or defense tech roles.
• Exposure to SDRs or tactical comms.
• Familiar with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, signal generators).
• U.S. citizen with active SECRET clearance or ability to obtain in 15 months.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze USMC priorities and map to radio solutions.
• Plan networks and run field trials and evaluations.
• Collaborate on test data to validate architectures.
• Support BD with technical needs and priorities.
• Develop technical demos for expeditionary networks.
• Contribute to RFI/RFP responses.
• Engage with MARCORSYSCOM and MCWL stakeholders.
