Motorola Solutions, including its Silvus Technologies subsidiary, seeks a Business Development Engineer to bridge RF capabilities with Marine Corps requirements. You will support field trials, demonstrations, and network designs across expeditionary and tactical environments.

Role involves close collaboration with engineering and business development teams, occasional travel, and potential remote work depending on location. A SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one within 15 months is required.

Formación

• Exposure to or working knowledge of Software-Defined Radios (SDRs) or tactical communication systems.
• Basic familiarity with RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers and signal generators.
• Security Clearance: Government SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain one within 15 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Design and map network goals to tactical radio solutions for expeditionary environments.
• Support planning, network configuration, and live field trials and evaluations.
• Collaborate with teams to verify architectures are technically sound and aligned with priorities.
• Assist in engaging with MARCORSYCOM and other naval/defense stakeholders.
• Translate field feedback into product roadmap inputs and track progress against needs.
• Travel up to 50% for field tests and customer meetings.
