Motorola Solutions, through its Silvus Technologies unit, seeks a Business Development Engineer to bridge RF capabilities with Marine Corps customer needs. You will support expeditionary, littoral, ground, and airborne networks and help translate field feedback into product roadmap inputs.

The role involves heavy collaboration with engineering and business development, travel up to 50%, and a remote option depending on location. A SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one is required.

Qualifikationen

• Exposure to SDRs, IP routing, or tactical comms systems.
• Familiar with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, signal generators).
• Security clearance: SECRET or ability to obtain within 15 months.

Aufgaben

• Support field trials, modernizations, and user evaluations.
• Collaborate with Applications Engineering to verify architectures.
• Maintain alignment with Business Development on strategic priorities.
• Engage with MARCORSYCOM, MCWL, PEO Land Systems, and naval centers.
• Translate field feedback into product roadmap inputs.
