This role collaborates with hiring teams, crafts new approaches to hiring, and helps simplify processes, aiming to build strong pipelines for entry level through senior technical and leadership roles.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.
  • Ability to attract/source candidates and build pipelines for various positions.
  • Ability to mentor and teach Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information and data.
  • Strong organizational skills managing up to 30 positions at a time.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high level customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Promote SEL culture and values to attract candidates.
  • Follow standard recruiting guidelines and principles to attract, recruit, screen and interview candidates, flexes to meet customer needs.
  • Oversee and fill positions efficiently and timely with top talent, with little oversight.
  • Recommends placement of internal and referred candidates for entry-level positions.
  • Leads and supports the development and implementation of improvement efforts.
  • Manage confidential files and other privileged information.
  • Work independently to define and follow area processes, work instructions, and guidelines using initiative to propose solutions to problems.
  • Model, teach, and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
  • Understand. Create. Simplify.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job description

SEL is growing and our Manufacturing team is seeking a recruiting professional who has experience building pipelines of talent for roles ranging from entry level to more senior technical and leadership roles. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team where you’ll manage the full hiring process—attracting, sourcing, screening, and securing top talent that aligns with SEL values. This position offers the opportunity to work direcly with hiring teams, be creative in finding new and better ways to hire, simplify processes, solve problems proactively, and contribute as part of the SEL team to make electric power safer, more reliable and more economical.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related professional experience Demonstrated ability to attract/source candidates and build pipelines of canidates for various positions and levels Ability to mentor and teach Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information and data Strong organizational skills related to managing up to 30 positions at a time Strong writing, documentation, speaking, and presentation skills Background check results satisfactory to SEL Negative drug test result(s)

Pay Range Data

Pay Range Data $61,000-$80,000 per year. Our ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. The pay range may differ in other locations based on cost of labor. We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
