Job summary

SEL is growing its Manufacturing recruitment team and seeks a professional to build pipelines, manage full-cycle hiring, and partner with hiring teams to attract top talent aligned with SEL values. You will influence processes, mentor recruiters, and drive improvements while ensuring confidentiality and high service levels.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR/Business/Psychology or related experience, with a track record in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across entry to senior

Qualifications

• Attract/source candidates and build pipelines for various positions.
• Mentor and train Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators.
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion with sensitive information and data.
• Strong organizational skills related to managing up to 30 positions at a time.
• Strong writing, documentation, speaking, and presentation skills.
• Background check results satisfactory; negative drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Promote and sell SEL’s culture and values to attract candidates.
• Follow standard recruiting guidelines to attract, recruit, screen and interview candidates.
• Oversee and fill positions efficiently and timely with top talent.
• Recommends placement of internal and referred candidates for entry-level positions.
• Leads and supports the development and implementation of improvement efforts.
• Manage confidential files and other privileged information.
• Work independently to define and follow area processes and guidelines.
• Model, teach, and apply SEL Values and World Class Manufacturing Principles.

• Other duties as assigned.
