Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 2 years’ experience in operations, production supervision, quality, maintenance or related experience preferred OR equivalent combination totaling 5+ years.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office); SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a safety leader and prioritizes safety in all responsibilities.
• Oversee daily production to meet production goals.
• Manage employee timecards and time-off requests for accurate payroll.
• Champion continuous improvement projects and sustain gains.
• Evaluate equipment and material problems with Maintenance and Process Engineering.
