Job summary

Amcor LLC in the United States is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead shift production, uphold safety, quality and efficiency, and drive a high-performance culture. The role involves directing daily operations, coaching teams, and partnering with maintenance and engineering to ensure on-time delivery in a fast-paced packaging facility in Oklahoma.

You will manage schedules and timecards, analyze production data, and champion continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Amcor’s safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in operations, production supervision, quality, maintenance or related experience preferred
• Manufacturing environment experience is preferred
• MS Office proficiency; SAP experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production to meet safety, quality, service and productivity goals
• Act as safety leader and enforce policies in collaboration with EHS
• Manage timecards and attendance to ensure accurate payroll and coverage
• Lead continuous improvement projects and sustain gains from initiatives
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Process Engineering to resolve equipment and material issues
• Monitor production data using dashboards and SAP to drive decisions
• Foster a High Performance Culture and maintain a two-way open dialogue with teams
