Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor in Batavia, IL to lead shift production, prioritize safety, quality, and efficiency, and drive continuous improvement across the line. You will supervise production employees, manage timecards and schedules, and partner with maintenance and process engineers to resolve issues.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience in manufacturing operations, with strong problem solving, data analysis, and strong communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 5+ years combined experience in operations or production supervision is preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and strong MS Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Act as safety leader and implement all policies to ensure a safe work environment.
• Oversee daily production to meet goals and manage schedules.
• Monitor compliance with safety and quality policies and investigate incidents.
• Drive continuous improvement projects and sustain gains.
• Analyze production data using SAP and dashboards; support maintenance and engineering as needed.
