Job summary

Amcor in Wisconsin is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead shift production while prioritizing safety, quality, and productivity. You will guide a team, manage schedules, monitor processes, and collaborate with maintenance, process engineering, and EHS to meet customer requirements.

You will drive continuous improvement, analyze production data, and ensure compliance with company policies and Amcor's values. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in operations or supervision are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operations, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in production supervision or a related area; 5+ years total preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and SAP/MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives and partner with EHS to maintain a safe work environment.
• Oversee daily production to meet goals while ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Analyze production data and coordinate with maintenance and engineering to resolve issues.
• Manage timecards, scheduling, and payroll accuracy.
• Foster a high-performance culture and drive continuous improvement.
• Coach and evaluate employee performance and growth.
