Amcor is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead shift production, driving safety, quality, and efficiency while managing teams, equipment, and materials under established policies.

You will enforce safety programs, monitor adherence to standards, and continuously improve processes to meet production goals. The role emphasizes strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and team collaboration across maintenance and engineering functions.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 2 years’ experience in operations, production supervision, quality, maintenance or related experience preferred OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience totaling 5 or more years.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Computer proficiency required (MS Office Suite experience preferred), SAP experience a plus

Mansioni

• Act as a safety leader and prioritize safety in all responsibilities, aligning with the EHS Manager.
• Monitor colleague practices to ensure compliance with safety and quality policies.
• Investigate and recommend improvements for near misses, property damage, or injuries.
• Support plant safety programs through audits, GEMBAs, and incident investigations.
• Monitor production to ensure goals are met and products conform to specifications.
• Oversee daily production schedules and provide efficiency recommendations.
• Manage timecards and time-off requests to ensure payroll accuracy and coverage.
• Champion and sustain continuous improvement projects.
• Interact with Maintenance and Process Engineering to resolve equipment issues.
• Analyze production information using dashboards and SAP.
• Foster a high-performance culture and strong teamwork.
• Evaluate employee performance and conduct growth-driven reviews.
