Job summary

Databricks is seeking an experienced pre-sales Solutions Architect to drive technical strategy and ML/AI adoption for its largest accounts. You will collaborate with the Enterprise Account Executive to shape proofs-of-concept, demonstrate value, and mentor teams across complex data environments.

You will guide customers through a transformational journey, balancing technical excellence with business impact, and you will lead live sessions with stakeholders to validate solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in data engineering, cloud data warehousing or data science.
• Proven production programming in Python, R, Scala or Java.
• Ability to lead virtual teams and influence executive stakeholders.
• Track record with large global accounts (> $1m ARR).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical voice for Databricks across multiple client accounts.
• Partner with AEs to define and drive technical strategy and adoption of Databricks solutions.
• Build proofs-of-concept and demonstrate ML/AI capabilities to customers.
• Mentor other team members and align technical strategies with business value.
• Lead customers through a transformational journey toward Databricks adoption.
