Qualifications

• Supports sales operations: processing orders, promotions, and new item paperwork.
• Coordinates customer communication, reporting, product documentation, and admin support.
• Ensures order accuracy, researches missing orders, handles portals and samples.
• 2+ years in sales support, admin, customer service, or operations.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Review customer orders for accuracy and resolve issues.
• Process purchase orders, promotions, new item paperwork, product information, and portal updates.
• Communicate professionally with customers, clients, sales reps, and internal team members.
• Prepare order reports, research missing orders, monitor supply chain issues.
• Provide admin support to the sales team: presentations, promotions, reports, data requests.
• Assist with front-office tasks: calls, packages, samples, meetings, general office projects.
