AppleOne Employment Services is seeking an Order Processing Specialist with at least 2 years of construction industry experience to manage customer orders, coordinate deliveries, and ensure accurate order fulfillment.

You will process orders, invoices, and purchase orders, verify pricing and product availability, monitor status, resolve discrepancies, and maintain ERP records while supporting sales and customer service to drive project success.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of order processing experience.
• Experience in the construction industry.
• Experience handling purchase orders, submittals, and contractor accounts.
• Strong data entry, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• ERP system experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process and manage customer orders, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, warehouse, and logistics teams.
• Verify pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor order status and provide updates to customers.
• Resolve order discrepancies and billing issues.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP and order management systems.
• Support sales and customer service teams to ensure project success.
