Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service, administrative, call center, retail, or office experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and active listening abilities.
• Maintain accurate records and coordinate with internal teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and follow up in a timely and professional manner.
• Process orders, returns, account updates, and related customer requests accurately.
• Maintain detailed customer records, notes, and documentation in internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Assist with general administrative and office support tasks as needed.
