Responsibilities

• Safely manufacture quality products meeting specs and delivery commitments.
• Coach and supervise department employees to meet daily metrics.
• Ensure safety rules, SOPs, and process controls are followed.
• Schedule staff and manage vacation in line with plant policy.
• Identify and drive cost reductions and throughput improvements.
