Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a production supervisor to oversee planning, scheduling, and assignment of work to meet quality and cost objectives. You will lead and coach staff, coordinate between departments, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety and compliance with PCC policies.

You will access SAP-based workflows and PCC Toolbox to monitor metrics, manage material flows, and deliver on-time performance. Relocation is authorized and ITAR considerations may apply.

Qualifications

• Four-year technical degree or related experience preferred.
• 5–7 years manufacturing experience.
• Experience leading teams in a production environment is required.
• Experience with SAP or manufacturing execution systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, evaluate, and coach personnel to maximize efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate equipment reliability activity between operations, maintenance and engineering.
• Communicate goals, achievements, problems, and solutions; enforce policies.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace; uphold integrity.
• Prepare and issue production and status reports; conduct in-house training for staff.
• Troubleshoot equipment performance and quality issues; ensure schedule adherence.
• Provide status updates to logistics for delivery information and promised dates.
• Lead material savings projects with CI and Purchasing teams.
• Ensure all manufacturing requirements are met and coordinate materials offload as needed.
