Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. seeks a Production Supervisor to lead safe, efficient manufacturing operations, reporting to the Operations Manager. You will supervise day-to-day activities, ensure quality and process standards, and drive productivity, cost control, and employee engagement.

You will guide frontline teams, apply lean and TOC concepts, participate in budget planning, and use data to support decisions across production and inventory. Strong leadership and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business; supervisory experience in manufacturing preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework valued.
