Job summary

Precision Castparts is seeking a operations supervisor to oversee planning, scheduling and assignment of work to meet quality and cost objectives. You will investigate problems, direct changes to equipment and methods, and coordinate between departments while maintaining PCC metrics.

You will lead and coach staff, ensure safe and efficient production, generate status reports, and train employees in safety and operational practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Four-year technical degree or related experience.
• 5-7 years manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, evaluate, and coach personnel to maximize efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate equipment reliability between operations, maintenance and engineering.
• Communicate goals, results, problems and solutions; enforce policies.
• Maintain a world-class safe, clean and organized environment.
• Document production and maintenance status; lead in-house trainings.
