Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely manufacture quality products meeting specifications and delivery commitments.
• Lead and coach a production team across multiple functions and shifts.
• Enforce 6S, safety rules, and quality control procedures daily.
• Schedule staff to meet production needs and plant policies.
• Drive cost, throughput and efficiency metrics with supervisors.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering on new processes and equipment.
