Responsibilities

• Safely manufacture a quality product while meeting customer specs and delivery commitments.
• Practice 6S principles and maintain high housekeeping in the department.
• Enforce safety rules including Cardinal Rules of Safety at all times.
• Schedule employees to meet production needs per plant policies.
• Coach and supervise staff to achieve daily production metrics.
• Manage operations metrics such as TOC, cost, and throughput daily/weekly.
