Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial supervisory or similar leadership experience.
• Prefer 3+ years of experience in manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Safely manufacture quality products meeting specifications and delivery commitments.
• Schedule staff to cover production needs and vacations per plant policy.
• Coach and supervise department employees to meet daily metrics.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, engineering procedures, and 6S standards.
• Manage quality, cost, and throughput with WIP control.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement cost-effective resolutions.
• Communicate daily production needs and plant updates to the team.
• Support equipment design input for new processes and optimization.
