Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee safe, quality-focused manufacturing across multiple processes and shifts. You will enforce safety and 6S, follow SOPs, and drive cost-effective operations while meeting customer specifications and delivery commitments.

You will hire, train, discipline, and conduct performance reviews for production employees, schedule staffing, and mentor teams to achieve daily metrics and continuous improvement goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
• Experience in industrial supervision.
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely manufacture quality products meeting customer specs and delivery commitments.
• Schedule and supervise production teams to meet demand and plant policies.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance reviews for production staff.
