Responsibilities

Executes HR strategies in support of the Sumter plant.
Partners with Talent Acquisition to support recruiting and marketing events for the site.
Addresses employee relations issues, performance issues, and grievances by coaching the associate and leader.
Uses HRIS to manage reporting, recruitment, performance management, compensation, and workforce data.
Reviews and approves appraisals, job evaluations, and disciplinary actions for consistency.
Trains managers on capability needs and development opportunities.
