Munzing is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist at our manufacturing site in Clover, SC. The HR Generalist will report to the Director of Human Resources and will play an active role in recruiting and onboarding new hires, support HRIS implementation efforts and be the primary contact for HR-related inquiries.

Qualificações

• College degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience; payroll exposure preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to quickly learn the HRIS and benefit management systems; SAP SuccessFactors experience required.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the point of contact for HR queries and provide a positive employee experience.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for new hires.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy.
• Support HRIS implementation and testing activities.
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration; manage leave of absences.
