Job Juncture in Saint Joseph, MI is seeking a Manufacturing HR Coordinator to support hourly personnel and production leaders in a busy automotive plant. You will handle onboarding, recruiting, HRIS data entry, payroll support, and compliance, while building rapport on the manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma; additional education is preferred.
• At least two years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Experience supporting HR in a manufacturing environment.
• Well-rounded HR generalist background; ability to handle diverse tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS functionality.

Responsibilities

• Daily staff and leadership support for attendance, policies, and inquiries.
• Recruiting and onboarding in collaboration with HR Manager and agencies.
• HRIS data entry, payroll support, and precise employee record maintenance.
• Assist with compliance audits, labor laws, and training tracking (FMLA/Leaves).
• Lead engagement activities, recognition programs, and vendor management within operations.
