Aspire Talent Solutions in St. Joseph, MI is seeking a Manufacturing HR Coordinator to support hourly staff and plant leaders in a fast-paced automotive environment. You will handle daily HR duties, onboarding, payroll data entry, and compliance, reporting to the HR Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma; post education is highly preferred.
• At least two years of experience in a similar human resources role.
• Experience supporting HR functions in manufacturing environments.
• Well-rounded HR generalist background.
• Experience recruiting general labor positions.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Daily Staff & Leadership Support: primary contact for hourly personnel and production leaders on attendance, policies, and inquiries.
• Recruiting & Onboarding: partner with HR Manager and agencies to recruit for hourly manufacturing positions and onboard new hires.
• HRIS, Payroll & Data Entry: data entry into payroll/HRIS, support timekeeping/payroll, file maintenance.
• Compliance & Leave Administration: assist audits, track training, and help with leaves and Workers’ Compensation.
• Culture, Engagement & Operations: lead recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and vendor management.
