Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma; post education is highly preferred.
• At least two years of experience in a similar human resources role.
• Experience supporting HR functions in manufacturing environments.
• Well-rounded HR generalist background.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Daily staff & leadership support for hourly personnel and production leaders.
• Recruiting & onboarding for hourly manufacturing positions and new-hire paperwork.
• HRIS, payroll data entry and maintenance of employee records.
• Assist with compliance audits, labor laws, and policy adherence; support FMLA and leaves.
• Culture, engagement, wellness program support, and event planning; manage uniforms and vendor relations.
