Qualifikationen

• Minimum high school diploma; post-education is highly preferred.
• At least two years of experience in a similar human resources role.
• Experience supporting HR functions in manufacturing environments.
• Well-rounded HR generalist background.
• Experience recruiting general labor positions.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Daily staff & leadership support for hourly personnel and production leaders on attendance, policies, performance, and inquiries.
• Recruiting & onboarding in partnership with HR Manager and staffing agencies.
• HRIS, payroll & data entry: payroll support, filing, and employee records.
• Compliance & leave administration: audits, labor laws, training, FMLA, leaves, workers’ comp.
• Culture, engagement & operations: recognition, wellness, and vendor management.
