Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma; post education is highly preferred.
• At least two years of experience in a similar human resources role.
• Experience supporting HR functions in manufacturing environments.
• Well-rounded HR generalist background.

Responsibilities

• Daily staff & leadership support for hourly personnel and production leaders on attendance, policies, performance, and inquiries.
• Recruiting and onboarding for hourly manufacturing positions with third-party staffing agencies; complete new-hire paperwork.
• Handle data entry into payroll and HRIS systems; support timekeeping/payroll processes; maintain employee records.
• Assist with compliance audits, labor law adherence, and training tracking; support leaves of absence and workers’ compensation.
• Lead employee recognition, wellness programs, and events; manage the uniform program and vendor relations.
